1.Front Lobby:

 Has a warm and welcoming setting full of plants, benches, and large windows. Enjoy readying or chatting with other clients prior to appointments or while we work with your pet in treatment. Our staff is more than happy to check you in as well as answer questions you may have upon arrival.

2.Hospital Desk:

Welcoming faces are eager to great you when you enter the hospital.  Not only is this the first area of interaction with our clients but it is also the hub for our charts, client information, client correspondence, and appointment organization.

3. Departing Lobby:

Clients enjoy waiting for their pets in a designated area of the hospital. After exams or treatments, clients can be checked out in the departing lobby as well as schedule follow up appointments.

4. Exam Room:

Doctors and nurses conduct exams and consults in our large and spacious rooms. Each room has a bench and fold down table that allots enough room for the whole family to come and be involved in their pet’s medical needs. Each room has an individual theme with fun photography.

5. In House Laboratory:

 Laboratory test can be conducted quickly by our knowledgeable nursing staff. The equipment used in house is powerful and accurate. Doctors can review lab work within a short time period and provide clients with valuable information regarding their pet’s health.

6. Pharmacy:

The hospital conveniently keeps many medications in stock for our clients. Medications are filled on a regular basis and the staff are familiar with side effects and interactions incase your pet is on many prescriptions.

7. Staff Lounge:

The staff lounge allows our hard-working team members to take a breather in between patients and get a quick bite to eat. Be confident knowing that our staff is always rejuvenated and able to provide 100% of their attention to you and your pet’s needs.

8. Treatment:

This area is the heart of the hospital. Nurses and doctors work together to conduct basic to extensive procedures and treatments. All our hospitalized patients are monitored in this area and are kept under a close watch. Treatment is also a great place to prep all our surgery patients before they enter the sterile operating room. From treatment the staff can easily utilize many diagnostic equipment in the hospital.

9. Surgical Suite:

Is kept in pristine order to accommodate many types of surgery. Routine spays and neuters all the way to emergency exploratories, caesarians, and orthopedic procedures are conducted in this very special room. Patients are monitored closely during procedures and are provided optimal post operative care.

10. Cat Lodge:

 Cats rest comfortably in their own room full of kitty condos. This room is separate from hospitalized pets as well as the dog lodge for optimal comfort.

11. Lodge Control Room:

 Lodging patient’s charts and personal information are kept organized in this room for quick reference for our staff members. This room allows every staff member to be familiar with our lodging patients and any special needs they may have. Each pet’s feeding regimen is also prepared here as directed by clients.

13. Isolation:

Designed specifically for the pets with infectious diseases. A special ventilation system prevents air from inside isolation to enter into any other part of the hospital. Patients can be monitored closely by staff without the chance of cross contamination.


Digital radiology is the newest form of obtaining x-rays. These films are immediately available for the doctors and are a valuable aid in making an accurate diagnosis. X-rays can also be emailed and burnt onto a CD for clients, specialists, and referring doctors

15. Bathing Tub:

Ready for a deep cleaning? The elevated bathing station is ideal for reaching every inch of your precious pooch. Many lodging patients enjoy a discharge bath so they are fresh and clean when clients come to pick them up from their stay. Medicated baths are also available to patients who need some extra TLC.

16. Lodging Suite:

Large rooms accommodate those dogs who need extra space or for the large breed families who like to stay together.

17. Lodging Room:

 A comfortable place for your dogs to stay while clients are away.

18. Exercise Yard:

 Plenty of room to frolic and play. The yard is fenced in completely so dogs can run without the risk of escape. Clients enjoy knowing that their dogs will not spend an entire day in their rooms but can enjoy the sunshine regularly.
